1. Partnership Overview

The dmaic.app Trainer Partnership Program enables certified Six Sigma trainers to provide their students with hands-on access to the dmaic.app platform during training courses.

2. Trainer Responsibilities

As a Partner Trainer, you agree to:

• Maintain active Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Use dmaic.app as a teaching tool during your training courses
• Provide students with proper onboarding and support
• Adhere to the agreed-upon student volume limits (if applicable)

3. Student Accounts

Student accounts are time-limited (5-15 days, configurable) and include limited AI credits. After expiration, accounts become read-only unless the student upgrades to a paid plan.

4. Pricing & Commission

Pricing terms are customized per trainer and may include:

• Cost per Student: The amount you pay for each student account
• Referral Commission: Percentage of lifetime revenue when students upgrade
• Alumni Discount: Discount code for your students

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and features within dmaic.app remain the property of dmaic.app. Trainers may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute platform features.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this partnership with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, existing student accounts will continue until their expiration date.
