dmaic.app is a SaaS platform designed to assist professionals in executing Lean Six Sigma projects using the DMAIC methodology. The Service includes project management tools, statistical analysis features, and AI-powered recommendations ("The MBB AI").

3. AI Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to provide suggestions and insights.

• Recommendations Only: The MBB AI provides suggestions based on the data you input. These are not professional engineering, financial, or legal advice.
• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI models can hallucinate or produce incorrect results. You are responsible for verifying all outputs before implementing changes in your business processes.
• No Liability for Project Outcomes: We are not liable for any business losses, failed projects, or operational disruptions resulting from the use of the Service or reliance on its recommendations.

4. User Data and Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of the data, project details, and process maps you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you, including generating AI insights.

You agree not to upload sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) of third parties (such as your employees or customers) beyond what is strictly necessary for project management (e.g., names and roles of stakeholders).

5. Subscription and Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You agree to provide accurate billing information. We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) and do not store your full credit card details.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
